Business Taxes

"Put more money into your business and
pocket, and less into the governments."

Put more money into your business and pocket, and less into the governments. Generally speaking, the tax code is written to incentivize business; unfortunately, the majority of CPA's and tax preparers don't know how to take advantage of the tax law to help their clients.

Brooklyn Tax & Credit will handle all of your sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or LLC tax matters from filing quarterly business taxes to preparing annual income tax returns. When employing our tax as well as bookkeeping services, your business will save time and money. In addition, business tax clients and their employees get discounts on their personal tax returns.

Business Taxes

Many businesses have to file periodic returns with the IRS and state taxing authorities in addition to annual income tax returns. We ensure our clients are always in full tax compliance. Business taxes include payroll tax, estimated tax, and state sales tax and these returns need to be filed monthly, quarterly or annually depending on factors particular to each client.

Income Tax

Depending on business structure the business may file and pay income taxes at the entity level, the personal level of the owners, or both. A C Corporation files and pays at the entity level, a sole proprietor files and pays business income taxes on their personal returns, and partnerships, S Corporations, and LLC's file at the entity level but pay at the personal level.
